Lisa Wood owns and manages Traiblazer Ranch.  For more on her broad and unusual background, click the "About Lisa" page.  She can be booked as a speaker for clubs and functions.  She is an expert on a variety of topics.  

The ranch, her talks and books are inspirational, educational, humorous and uplifting.  Lisa speaks about horses, riding, ranch management, and of course her amazing long riding travels.  Come be amazed, amused, and inspired.

Special Events

Trailblazer Ranch hosts a variety of special events focused on horses, the outdoors, and science, including minicamps, clinics, parties.  For special event details contact Lisa. Trailblazer Ranch can also be booked for your own private gatherings. Ranch News:    Happy 2012! Last year Lisa gave several talks for the County stormwater program on manure management.  Hey, everyone has to be an expert on SOMETHING! She also provided a heads up to many equestrian clubs about a pending County equestrian facility ordinance. Because of threats to trails and quality of life, she became more involved in the community.  Her involvement includes chairing the County's Lakeside River Committee, and volunteering for the Lakeside fire-safe council board.
